The Federation of Amateur Clubs and Talents Association (FACTA) is a self-governing organization for cultural exchange and educational opportunities that uses sports diplomacy and recreation to promote sportsmanship and friendship among members and communities.

Sports Diplomacy & Cultural Exchange
We are the Federation of Amateur Clubs and Talents Association (FACTA). We are a self-governing body that uses sports diplomacy and cultural exchange to promote sportsmanship and friendship among members and communities.
The mission statement of the FACTA sports program is to get students in West Africa to play sports, and if they already play sports, to make them play better and more balanced with academics and well-being.
